Recent Reviews
"I'd been putting off looking at my finances for about two years. The money map session with Siti gave me a clear picture in one afternoon. I finally understand where everything is going and I've been keeping track properly since July."

"Running a small catering business on your own means cash flow is always on your mind, but I never had a proper way to look at it. The clinic gave me a 13-week view I actually use now. The follow-up call a few weeks later was a good touch."

"Our HR department was looking for something practical to offer staff after we noticed increasing questions about EPF and payslip deductions. The team programme covered exactly what our people needed, and the HR report made it easy to show value to leadership."

"I was a bit hesitant at first — I thought it might feel like being sold something, but it was completely the opposite. Rajendran just listened, asked good questions and helped me see where my invoicing rhythm was creating unnecessary stress."

"I did the online session from Kuching. It worked fine and the facilitator was well prepared. The money map is up on my wall now. My only wish is that it had been a bit longer — we ran slightly short on the savings section, but the follow-up email filled that in."
Farah Husna

"We ran the team programme across two cohorts — our KL office and the Johor team separately. Both went smoothly. The content was adapted for each group and the surveys showed a real increase in comfort with money topics by session six."

CASE STUDIES
Three Journeys in Detail
CASE STUDY 01 · INDIVIDUAL · PERSONAL MONEY MAP
The Starting Point
A teacher in her mid-30s in Ampang knew she was earning enough but felt like money disappeared each month with nothing to show. She had not started contributing extra to EPF and was unsure whether to prioritise savings or pay down her car loan first.
The Session
In the 90-minute Money Map session, she and the facilitator mapped her full income, all standing orders and commitments, and sketched out three upcoming life events. It became clear that irregular spending during school holidays was the key gap in her planning picture.
What Changed
Within six weeks she had set up a separate "events pot" and felt comfortable enough to book a consultation with a licensed adviser about topping up her EPF voluntary contributions. She said the session helped her go in with better questions than she had ever had before.
CASE STUDY 02 · SMALL BUSINESS · CASH FLOW CLINIC
The Starting Point
A sole-trader IT consultant in Cyberjaya had been operating for two years with healthy billing but constant anxiety about cash gaps between project payments. He was mixing personal and business accounts and had no view of what the next three months would look like.
The Session
The Cash Flow Clinic half-day covered separating accounts, setting a consistent invoicing schedule and building a 13-week spreadsheet view. The facilitator helped him identify that one slow-paying client was creating most of the anxiety, and they designed a simple follow-up process.
What Changed
By the follow-up call a month later, he had separated accounts, sent a revised payment terms notice to all clients and reduced his average collection time from 45 to 22 days. He described the spreadsheet as "the first tool that actually matches how I work."
CASE STUDY 03 · EMPLOYER · TEAM WELLBEING PROGRAMME
The Starting Point
A logistics company in Shah Alam with 35 staff noticed in their annual engagement survey that financial stress was one of the top concerns mentioned. HR wanted a structured programme — not generic videos — that could be run on-site during lunch or after shift.
The Programme
Six 75-minute sessions over eight weeks, adapted for the logistics and warehousing context — shift pay, overtime calculations and SOCSO claims were all covered in terms that matched how the staff were actually paid. Pre-programme comfort survey showed 38% of participants felt "not at all comfortable" discussing money topics.
What Changed
Post-programme survey showed the "not at all comfortable" group fell to 9%. 71% said they planned to make a specific change to their saving or spending habits. The HR team used the anonymised summary report in their next engagement presentation to leadership.
